Would be a foul throw.

Both feet need to be on the ground, ball also needs to be thrown from behind the head.

its not illegal in HS soccer. ive seen it done many times. both their feet are on the ground at the release of the ball.

thanks ewthrow, but can anyone send me a video on how to do it properly i cant seem to finish it off, sometimes the ball kinda slips when it touches the ground.
