I'm doing cardio in the morning (swimming/stepper) and right after it I have a serving of Optimum CGT-10 which has 5g of creatine. Then in the afternoon I'm doing my workout, after which I again have a serving of CGT. So, do you think 10g of Creatine a day is too much?

I've been recommended to use as high as 25 grams per day (even after loading!) from professionals. I recommend 10. I might do 15, but I have a ton of mono so I don't care if i overdo it a bit.

10 is definitely enough
more than 10 and you're just a guy who can't stop pouring creatine into the crap he drinks.
