    Is 10g of Creatine per day too much?

    I'm doing cardio in the morning (swimming/stepper) and right after it I have a serving of Optimum CGT-10 which has 5g of creatine. Then in the afternoon I'm doing my workout, after which I again have a serving of CGT. So, do you think 10g of Creatine a day is too much?

    I use to use 15 grams post wrokout which was 6 days a week. You're better off just using 5 - 10 grams.

    I've been recommended to use as high as 25 grams per day (even after loading!) from professionals. I recommend 10. I might do 15, but I have a ton of mono so I don't care if i overdo it a bit.

    5 you're solid
    10 is definitely enough
    more than 10 and you're just a guy who can't stop pouring creatine into the crap he drinks.

    My understanding is, if you don't pre-load your body with creatine, then just use 2 x 5 grams a day.

    I would imagine if taking a high dose. 15 is high for me. You would need to have a pretty good separation between the dosing so your body doesn't waste it.

    I usually use 5g pre workout, and 5g after workout. Then on non training days I take 5g in the morning. My friend who just started taking creatine is doing it the loading way, by taking more creatine a day but less time then I would doing simple servings.
