Good Luck!
And especially good luck when you hit the legs tomorrow. I'm sure you'll feel better once you get to really work them again.

Relaxed measurements and day 1 photos.
Arms rt. 14.5 in. left 14.375 in.
Chest 43 in.
Waist 30.5 in.
Shoulders
Neck 16.125 in.
Forearms 11.75 in. each. I just realized that I "typo'd" and had 15 in for my forearms on my body stats LOL.
Calves rt. 14.25 in. left 14.75 in.
Quads rt. 21.75 in. left 22.25 in.
Forgive the legs I have been injured and unable to train them with weights. It finally got to where I could barely walk and I had surgery on Feb 24. I'm supposed to start working legs again in June. Wish me luck.
To be fair to ******** I don't expect much progress from my quads since I'm not supposed to work them and it hurts considerably if I do. I will hitting calves hard.
My current bf% is right on 8% according to the omeron digital bodyfat analyzer.

legs
I know it's tough to wait it out. I had knee surgery on Jan 9, and I'm only at about 12 minutes on the tread mill. I have started squatting (up to 185), pressing (up to 205) and deadlifting (up to 225), but I pay for. It's hard to wait. Hoping to get back to my first game of squash again soon. It's been over a year. Man, do I need the cardio.
I'd say without hesitation that you've got the cardio working for you and/or you've got one clean diet!! 8%--well done, kid.
Yep, I'll be back.

Thanks for the support man, its awesome to see someone work through a similar injury.
I don't do much cardio to be honest, in fact I haven't done much in the past 3 years. I just watch what I eat and once a week I go out and eat like a gluttonous pig haha.

Day Two on ********
Wanted to try some cycling and 7.5 lb leg extensions . . . . ouch it didn't work out.
Workout was good though, I hit abs and calves pretty well. I think I had more endurance on calves than I've had in a long time - even though the weight was low because I was off legs for so long w/ my injury.
I originally was going to post my diet but this is my last semester of college and its just taking too much time - I don't wanna redo my last semester! I will say I eat very clean though.
******** M5 25 mins prior to W/O. I tried the Green Apple. It reminded me of cinnamon apple though lol. I have to admit I love the M5 Fruit punch but the green apple is not my favorite taste - but that's just me.
