    Mixing EAA/BCAA's and instantized version.

What do they do exactly to "instantize" them. I mean modifying them chemically would improve mixing, but then it would change the molecular formula which would lead to a different compound. Is there some sort of additive that hydrogen bonds H2O to the aa's?
