I am starting my cut for summer and was looking for a good fat burner. I've heard a lot about Mitotropin but since im not yet 21 I think I will stay away from it for now. Would Lean Extreme be fine to run alone or is there something better that I could take or stack with this to aid in my cut. I'm 18 btw.

When I'm cutting I do a stimulant based fat burner in the morning (REDuction and Lipo6 I have used with satisfaction) and then a pre-workout product in the afternoon. A fat burner (warning: blanket statement) is typically comprised mainly of stimulants, so the pre-workout product sort of takes its place and fulfills its role in the afternoon. Careful with getting such large doses of stimulants too close to eachother. Lean Xtreme is great by itself or stacked with a stimulant based product.

It is a fat-burner/recomposition agent.
It contains two ingredients which help control cortisol (a catabolic hormone), which will help you lean out, especially around the midsection. Also, the 7-OH in it, along with the forskolin will optimize thyroid function. It also has green tea to boost metabolism and provide a host of other benefits.
You don't need to combine it with a stimulant at all, but you can if you want. Adrenalean and Scorch are great options.
As for side-effects, the only one that is really noted is joint soreness, but that is in few users and only if too high of a dose is taken. I doubt you will have an issue if dosed correctly (3 Caps a day).NSCA-CSCS and CPT

alright so this is my plan. im going to buy lean extreme, and scorch. i usually take white flood pre-wo but since scorch has so much caffeine in it im not going to take it while on this stack because i have high blood pressure so too much caffeine would not go over well. also will taking green mag and intrabolic be beneficial in keeping as much muscle as possible or not?

Personally, when I'm on a fatburning stack I would go something like this...
Wake up - Stimulant (REDuction, Adreanalean, Hydroxy Cut, Redline, etc.) w/Lean xtreme
4 hours later - Lean xtreme
Pre workout - N.O. (Whiteflood, super pump, NANO Vapor, Animal Pump, etc.)
8 hours later, Lean XtremeTrain hard, diet harder.

that looks good to me. so i should only take one serving of scorch in the am then still take white flood pre-wo. i like that better. i could always use a pick-me-up in the am. i workout in the evenings though at around nine so taking the last serving of lean exreme 8hrs later would be impossible. i could just take it with my white flood though right?

Not to hijack, but... If Mitotropin (appears to be relatively non-stim) is taken for the first 4, followed by Lean Xtreme for the next 4, can lean xtreme still be coupled with caffeine or a stim? And is this recommended with a cortisol blocker so you're not QUITE as lethargic?
Note: I am fully aware that my supplementation does little: Gives me the slightest edge in a lifestyle where I exert every last ounce of energy and effort at the highest level of intensity for the smallest fraction of gain.

I take 3x a day. 1 at 8am, next at 12pm, then at 8pm.
Yeah you could stack it with watever, I haven't found any bad effects yet.
Right now I'm on...
Adreanalean, Lean Xtreme and Intrabolic. I'll be finishing up my 4 weeks of LX in about 1 more week then I'll be taking 4 weeks off. I'm thinking about using Blue Gene as a non stim so I can lay off stims for awhile, but we'll see.
Sorry, not to sure about Mitotropin, its something quite too advanced for me x_xTrain hard, diet harder.

I've researched it just a little and this is what I get from your question.
Mitotropin is a stimulant in my opinion, I'm judging this on its ingrendint profile. first 4 weeks of Mito followed by 4 weeks of LX would be great, I would suggest maybe start the stimulant 2 weeks into LX. I feel that cycling stims is the key way of making stims working with your body. yeah, the lethargic part sucks, but with the cortiol blocker its been great.
Pretty good, even though I had a hard time with my diet (new job and everyone wants to go out), I was still able to strip some body fat % (started at 17% now at 15.3%). I noticed my man-boobs going down, and I feel I'll be able to make my tits go away by July.
The adreanalean is great for my cardio, I just keep going and going and going.Last edited by mada071; 03-25-2009 at 12:40 AM.

xD what's your routines like? I've been doing like 30 min stair masters and HIIT on a few days.
I have been having a hard time finding like an lower abb routine that really hurts. I've tried hanging leg raises, but my shoulder gets tired before my abs. Any suggestions?Train hard, diet harder.

Im not even going to get into what my cardio sessions are like....lets just say they're challenging. You could find out you just have to meet me at a gym (or a field) and promise not to quit lol...
lets just say i compete MMA so i have a variety of things...
Lower abs...same thing as hanging but just lay opposite way on a sit up bench and use your hand to hang on to the foot holder. The key to isolating the lower abs (for me) is to really just picture just them working, using them to raise and lower. Hanging are good but a lot of people will use momentum and their hip flexors end up doing a lot more of the work.
Flutter kicks are good but more of all your abs..
After you get you can do about 50 of the reverse curls (not sure real name of them) you can get a medicine ball and put it between your feet and raise that for extra resistance.
Situps where you lay there and bring your knees to your chest as you crunch also work out lower abs pretty well too..
those are just off top of my head
