I see abs....do you see abs?
Never had abs before and never been this light before since got out of highschool. I weighed this morning at 212.5 Im 5 11 and still pretty damn chunky. I dont think its actual abs just the muscle pushing my fat out, but Im starting to impress myself.

i feel ya mate, were pretty much simillar in height and weight and i only see the "outline" of abs..
Dont worry, rome wasnt built in a day so just keep training hard and theyll come.

Faintly see something, your abs are probs pretty thick dude. More cutting though, you'd probs need to get to 185ish.

The faint outline can be seen (mine is a little bit more pronounced but very similar). Just keep going and good luck.
My aim is to get a lot more mass overall before I really care about showing my abs.

Dont worry your right the fat has to go, but I was just seeing what everyone else thought. Im not really on a cut/bulk system right now. Both never seem to work for me. When I cut I go nuts with not eating enough and when I bulk, well I BULK too much ha. But right now I would say Im on a more of a balanced program right now. Lifting my ass off and doing cardio 5 times a week. All I have down for cardio is 30 min elliptical, punching bag and a lame ass row machine. Have lost 30 around 30 pounds so far since Jan.

I too want mass more than I care about abs, but when I looked in the mirror I was like 'huh looks like im killing two birds with one stone' so I just thought Id see what everyone else thought.

If you cut to 200 right now you won't be a low bf. Try cutting to something like 180 - 185, then slowly building mass to 200.

Give it 6 weeks...youll see the splits between each abdominal easily.
Good cardio, and low carb and sugar diet you be there.

Depends what you mean by low bf mate. But you're carrying a fair amount of bf there. Don't get me wrong, you're probs carrying some decent mass, but once you cut you'll realise eventually how low you need to go to get into great condition.
If you want a clearly visible 6 pack, you're gonna need to drop quite a lot. Start cutting and shedding bf, keep going, and then see where it ends up. Ultimately though it's what you look like that counts.
