What is your training like? How many times a week are you practicing?

There are some speed and agility articles on bb.com that might help.

I have been going to the track. I can run half way then I need to stop, I burn out. Usually I walk 1, then try and run the 300, then walk another, run 300, walk another, run, then walk to cool down.
