    i was in a similar situation, i was sitting at 350 lbs or so and i had knee issues...i started cutting the weight down (down to about 275 now) and its like night and day...doing cardio on an elliptical has helped too im sure..just the movement from the elliptical, im sure has strengthened those muscles, and the 70 pound drop definitely helped

    i havent taken any joint supps..just started eating better and working out. not saying supps wont help, i would definitely give them a shot..but, just saying that as you drop weight i bet you would see an improvement.

    at any rate, the other guys pretty much covered it already it looks like...your body just probably isnt used to the work. take it slow and steady!

    Hmm ok, I wanted to get that Osteo, but my budget doesnt cover it right now... I've got so much other **** I'm buying right now also.

    I will put the Osteo for the next order.

    For now, I'd like to get a cheaper fish oil.

    I've seen Cod, Salmon, Omega-3 fish oils - so which kind do I want to get?

    I do see some around my budget.
