Today at school i had at least 200 people (everyone i came in contact with) tell me my breath smelled like complete crap (smelt like sour milk) and couldnt stand it. I eat a high amount of protein everyday but i also get enough carbs in as well, and i think my body is kenonis (i think thats how its spelled). Has anyone else expiered this terrible problem and does anyone have advice to get rid of it.

Carry a travel size scope bottle. If that doesn't work then go ask your dentist. I think he might know a little more about this issue than some bodybuilding forum members.
BTW, it's not the protein intake that is probably affecting your breath. That would mean that every ifbb pro would be able to take out a stadium with their breath. You probably have some bacteria of some sort in your mouth or somthing. ASK A DENTIST!

Honestly, the best thing you can do to have fresh breath throughout the day is to stay hydrated. By that I mean carry a bottle of pure water (not flavored with anything, but just plain water) and take a sip every 10-15 minutes. You will constantly be flushing the bacteria out of your mouth.
Gum also helps.
Don't use any mouthwash containing alcohol. It will dry your mouth out and actually PROMOTE bacterial growth over the next couple hours."Involuntary spasm! Witness the show! Enjoy the show!"
