    Contest Diet

    Hi,

I have a couple of questions regarding competition. I'm 24 years old, 5'3 and I weigh 172. I can see my upper abs when I flex them so I'm not sure how much fat I have. I would like to
do a show in august and I'm not sure what I should be doing right now. I really just read magazines and stuff when I have questions but I am still kind of nervous since I have no one to ask that has experience with competitions. I eat mainly turkey, chicken, egg whites, yams potatoes and pastas. I usually turkey and spinach for my afternoon meals and my work out is usually 3-4 exercises per muscle group 6-8 reps or 8-10 sometimes. I really would like to do a show and if anyone can help me I would really be
    thankful.

    Please help this person out!

    Thanks!

Beverly International's web site at bodybuildingworld.com has some great contest prep advice. Look for their monthly diets. I think it's either the June or July diet that is geared towards contest prep.
