During the diet I am on right now (low carb), I eat red meat almost everyday. I would say 5 times a week. Red meat is my fave.

I haven't had red meat in 8 weeks. I'm saving a bit of money on groceries during my cut, so I'll be able to afford a lot of steak when I go back to bulking.

On average, I eat red meat about 365/days per year.
I'm not scared of it. My dad's side of the family grew up as farmers for a lot of their lives. My grandfather is over 80 years old and still going strong. The farming stopped about 10 years ago (it slowly dwindled up to that point). Know what the family ate every day? Meat and potatoes. Yes, white potatoes. He's still in great shape.

Maybe twice a week. Don't dare touch the red 'meat' they serve at uni so it's turkey for lunch and dinner those days :P Sometimes though I only stay at uni 3 nights a week and im at home more and probably eat more red meat. I don't usually track a number on it I don't think it's bad as people say..?

I usually only buy it ~ once a month or less.. Usually it's something other than beef though. $$ reasons only. I'd eat elk, ostrich and buffalo everyday If I could. I'm not a HUGE fan of beef.

In highschool I used to eat a least a lb of beef everyday. Now I only eat it a few times a month.

Um.
Almost everyday recently. Have been on a beef stint. Getting cheap beef steak @ a mexican grocery I almost live inside of.
I don't eat pork ever unless I'm getting chorizo.
My favorite protein source is probably shrimp. Whey is probably the most boring. I think pig meat is potentially the best meat but only if its slow-cooked and seasoned to perfection which I just can't do, so I like shrimp the most in a practical sense.

I tend to do red meat 2-3 times a week, fish once, and chicken the rest.
And occasionally tofu...

This study has already been discredited by the addicts here. They riddled it with holes about 10 minutes after it was released.

Wow, news goes fast in this place. Link to thread?
And by "addicts" do you mean people who actually know what they're talking about or do you mean people who don't want to be told their lifestyle could use changing and make the most posts getting pissed about it?
