    Tuna question

I'm on my bulk diet. Started at the end of January.

I went up from 175 to 184. So far so good, going to cut on May 1st.

My question is regarding the tinned tuna. Throughout my bulking I haven't really eaten tinned/canned tuna other than the Subway tuna sandwiches which are pretty great in protein. And for the rest of my bulk I want to eat these as lunch snacks or something.

What brand, type of tuna do you guys recommend? I tried the "Chicken of the Sea" and it's alright, but I think there's more out there, I just don't know which one is the best of them all? Any suggestions?

Safcol, Greenseas, and John West are the main brands that do good canned tuna.

I prefer the brine and lemon/pepper ones. But i do drain most of it regardless.

Canned salmon goes great on sandwiches. Just mush it up a bit and spread it on like you would canned tuna.

Sardines are awesome aswell. In those little rectangular tins. Really cheap too.
