keto for a performance athlete

ill make this as short as possible.

I did keto when i was bodybuilding. Now i do performance oriented stuff, high rep bodyweight exercises and running like crazy, up to 10 mile run...and swimming for a couple miles somedays.

What are your opinions on how well keto would work for cutting with this type of training? am i going to lose muscle? will i get better worse or stay the same with my endurance?

With that much stuff going on, you don't really need it. You're basically the one rare example of someone where the Food Pyramid might actually work.

If you work a desk job or you're a Student, eating 1000 calories worth of grains/starches a day makes no sense. But if you're running 50 miles a week, it would be insanity to not eat that much or MORE every single day.
