keto for a performance athlete
ill make this as short as possible.
I did keto when i was bodybuilding. Now i do performance oriented stuff, high rep bodyweight exercises and running like crazy, up to 10 mile run...and swimming for a couple miles somedays.
What are your opinions on how well keto would work for cutting with this type of training? am i going to lose muscle? will i get better worse or stay the same with my endurance?
