Need some advice after hitting plateau

Im 25, 5'9, 175lbs and have been working out for about 6 months now. Ive noticed gains in muscle mass and body fat loss and the fit of my clothing has changed. The problem Im having is I feel that I've hit a plateau and need some advice.

Im trying to do what most people are doing lose body fat and gain muscle, like Daniel Craig in Bond or Ed Norton in American History X..

    My Routine is:

Monday - Shoulders, Abs, HIT 20 min intevals
Tuesday - Chest, Tri's, HIT 20 min intervals
Wednesday - Cardio Low intensity 60 min run, abs
Thusday - Back, Bi's, HIT 20 Min intervals
Friday - Cardio 60 min run, abs
    Saturday - Legs
    Sunday - Rest

I do 3 sets heavy weight of 6-8 reps and cardio is done immediately after lifting

    My nutrition is:

    Breakfast - 4 eggwhite omlet
    morning snack - protein shake
lunch - piece of chicken or can of tuna, salad, veg
    before workout - protein shake
    after workout protein shake
dinner - piece of chicken or fish, veg, some carbs

I also take a multivitamin in the morning and fish oil/flax oil gel pills throughout the day.

Can anyone comment on what my current body fat % is and any advice on cutting fat and building muscle. Should I start to Cut? Thanks in advance!

Your diet looks ok but if you're having trouble making gains you need to supplement some creatine in with it..six months is pretty early to be hitting a plateau

Either drop some calories or increase your cardio. I know it sounds simple but it really is that easy.
