1. negligible
2. negative if in excess
3. possible if it causes you to perform worse or limits your lungs to the point where you can't complete your workout
4. not much if at allI want to touch the butt.

what can be described as in excess? like partying on weekends? or at least a 6 pack every night?

hard to say. if you're getting **** faced 2x a week, it's probably going to hurt you in the long run.
