Exclamation Whoever has ever used ephedrine GTFIH!!!

hey guys my gf and i are planning on starting ephedrine to get down to our bf goals, shes currently at 17% bf trying to get down to 14%, and im at 13% trying to cut down to 9-8%, we both lift regularly, and do some cardio.

i just want to know everyones experience with ephedrine, and if after cycling off of it if anyone gained weight back, and if so how much?

oh and would it be bad to take ephedrine if we are both students right now? any problems with learning while taking it?

any input is greatly appreciated, thanks!

no weight gained back after getting off of it unless you eat more cals than you are supposed to, it works great for suppressing appetite and raising metabolism

as far as being students, an E/C stack actually improves concentration and focus. im an engineering student and when im on EC i have no problem reading and doing work and paying attention in class, when im off of it well thats a whole nother story

I started this week, by the end of April I will be able to tell if it really made a difference.

It seems the forum has recently rediscovered EC, I myself never heard of it until a couple of days ago and after doing some research it seems that this is one of those rare things that actually can accelerate fat loss.

    How is your diet?

I would pay a lot more attention to that as opposed to a supplement. However, with everything else in check, the EC stack can help by slightly increasing metabolic rate as well as blunting hunger.

Mainly just a good appetite supressant. Won't do anything if your diet isn't under control. It'll pep you up too. Ramp up dosage slowly or you'll just quickly get used to it.

Metabolism raise is around 50kcal burnt per day at higher dosages so that doesn't do much. Every bit helps though.

Haha, how do you even answer that? 7/10?

You could still down 3000kcal if you wanted, it's not crazy or anything. On the other hand even if you ate very low kcal you wouldn't get that hungry.

If you're eating too much (too many calories), it doesn't matter how "clean" your diet is.

I'm pretty sure it's a bit more than 50kcal. Because the rise in temperature you get is at least .1F. That means it's at least 150kcal extra. And the fact of being restless.
    is not a powerlifter :-D
