Due you rub yourself a lot in public?
I've found since starting resistance training that there are always a few aches and doms lurking and it seems to help to rub or massage my neck, arms or shoulders.
I'm doing it a lot lately.
Had to take a flight today and was quite stiff in my back....... maybe I need a massage or something.
Just seemed a bit fidgety.
(and no saying this thread is useless without pics please)

Yes. I'm always stretching, rubbing, or groaning. And there was really no way to say that in a nonsexual way. But before you guys dive in, it only refers to the sore muscles from lifting. And no, that muscle was not worked in the gym.

I do a bit of thick bar work and I do find myself rubbing my hands quite a bit. I'm sure people just think I'm nervous. Deadlifts and pull-ups jack up my neck once and a while and I find myself trying to get those kinks out. I would imagine I look like I'm either high or "special" to most that see me rolling my head around.

When in doubt, mumble
I do all rubbing of myself in private.
I do , however, MASSAGE my aching neck in public sometimes.
Yorkshireman I: Right! I had to get up in the morning, at ten o'clock at night, half an hour before I went to bed, eat a lump of cold poison, work twenty-nine hours a day down mill and pay mill-owner for permission to come to work, and when we got home, our dad would kill us and dance about on our graves, singing Hallelujah!

Yes. I occasionally catch myself at work rubbing, squeezing, flexing, stretching, etc... something. Today I was messing around at my desk and accidentally spilled my nuts on the floor. Pissed me off.

I'll stretch out a sore lat or pec at work, but try to do it when (I hope) no one is looking.

When a guy swears allot. The idea being sailors spend allot of time on a ship with no ladies around, thus no need to watch their language and develop bad habbits.
What time is it?
