Well, I started drinking green tea today and I can't stop going Pee. I haven't changed anything else in my diet but lets just say I haven't stopped peeing all day today. I'm going about every 15 minutes or so which just isn't normal. Also, do it matter what type of green tea I drink or it's hot or cold?

I only drank a gallon of it. HAHA No seriously, I drank one bottle of it which is 16 oz. I drink a ton of water throughout the day but I've NEVER peed like this before in my life. LOL Should I be peeing nonstop though?

do you usually get caffeine in your diet? if not your body isn't used to it and even a little could have a strong effect and since its a diuretic that's what it does...

I don't think green tea should make you pee anymore than drinking water. So, you're kind of weird.

2 liters pre and intra workout, but i also drink a gallon of water throughout the day, and in addition i drink 4 cups of green tea a day.

I drink anywhere from 1-6 cups of green tea a day, so i just wear a diaper
