What supplements should I take to help reach my weight gain goal?

I am asking for some advice on how to gain more weight. Right now I'm 172Lbs, I came to Iraq(currently deployed) at 165Lbs and have just been working out to get bigger and stronger untill May 15th where I will switch up my routine to get cut and toned. I started working out on Feburary 20th so the gains have come in little over a month but now it feels like I have hit a wall and can't gain weight anymore. I see myself getting stronger and watch the weight go up on each excersise but am I wanting to see results to fast too soon? The only things I am taking now is all from Muscletech(Nitro-Tech Hardcore-Chocolate, MyoShock, naNo X9 Hardcore). I make sure I do the proper form for each and every excersise along with the proper weight. I take the protein shakes about 2-3 times a day. Can someone help me out, do I need to take something different or what should I do. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
