I've been thinking of making changes or adding to my circuit training day but don't have many good ideas. My routine goes as follows:
-5 minutes jump rope
-1 minute rest
all the following til failure or about one minute:
-bounce medicine ball against wall at chin level
-lying pull-ups
-transition push-ups with medicine ball
-regular pull-ups
-punching with weighted cables
-1 minute rest
-duck walk
-sprawls
-breath ups (from back on ground and legs in air to jumping)
-box jumps
-bear crawl
-1 minute rest
-alternate knees
-overhead dumbbell side bends
-sit-up and strikes
-plank
-1 minute rest
-shadow boxing til exhaustion
You have any ideas or suggestions? Let me know.
