Dieting leads to loss of appetite?

Anyone else lost their appetite due to dieting?

I've been on a diet for a long time, partly unintentionally, and I seem to have lost my appetite completely. Anyone experience anything similar? What did you do to fix the problem and how long did it take?

    Thanks!

This happened to me while I was cutting. I was never hungry really and was consuming next to no calories. I drank a ton of water throughout the day though.

I had a few days like this during my weight loss currently. I was not hungry what so ever, and im normally a good eater. Instead of my 6 meals per day, one Saturday I did a breakfast ------ then later that day a very late dinner. I ate my normal portions on both of these meals, I just wasn't hungry or felt the need to eat.

The next day I commited to eating my 5-6 meals, after a few days of this I got back into it and my appetite was all good.
    Starting weight: 239.64
Current weight: 233.24 (as of January 8/17)

Dieting causes the stomach to shrink. It then must be trained to hold food again. Same thing if bulking, if you are eating alot, your stomach expands allowing you to get used to eating alot

All right it seems the consensus is that the solution is to:
    1) eat more
    2) eat more often

I'll report back if anything interesting happens. :P
