just wondering if anyone else has had a pretty big jump in weight in any lift.
Mine is Flat BBell Bench.
Last Week i struggled putting up 57.5kg for 6 reps. then yesterday i was aiming to get 60kg got 6 reps really easily, tried 65kg got that up fairly easy. so i tried 70kg and got 6 reps outta it!
So i went up 12.5kg in a lift in 1 week. anyone else done something similar?

lol yea, last week i did dumbell bench, i did 65x5, 70x3, 65x5, 65x2, 60x3
and this week i did it and got 65x5 70x5 70x5 70x5 and 70x4 it was ridiculous. then afterschool i went back and picked up 75 got it 4, then did a second set got it 3, then did one more rep of it and left. i was like uhhhhhh wtf.

when I first started front squatting I maxed at 195, next week I got 275, sometimes it's just finding your perfect form
I bodybuild, I don't powerlift, as far as how much I can lift goes it doesn't matter to me, it's how much I grow.
