not one of the "seasoned pros" around here, but I think it is absolutely feasible for you to compete. Just get dedicated and go for it!

Got a couple of questions about supps during cut
Is it ok to take something like NOxplode preworkout at least until like 4 weeks out or is there a better product that I can be taking.
Was also thinking about Jumping on some Meltdown starting in a weeks
Any advice is appreciated.

Well I have made it throught the Hard part of the first week IMHO Workouts have been good this week but not great, tomorrow is a carb day so I am pumped up. I am meeting with my coach tomorrow for the first time, will be adjusting my diet, I have lost to much this week. I am 5lbs down right now and it hasn't been a full 7 days.
Thanks for reading.

depending on what your diet was like before...5 pounds isn't that big a deal for the first week...i think i lost about that....its just water from dropping carbs....
but its a good thing you've got a coach...should help a ton....good luck

Haven't posted in a while been struggling for time cardio/work/eat/train no time for extra stuff but though I would post. I am weighing 160 now down from an original 175. BF I am doing a keto diet and it is working out great. I have done low carb stuff before but never low enough to reach ketosis and now that I have figured that out I feel great. Only taking basic supps right now protien glutamine, meltdown, and a multivitamin. My workouts have been insanely good for walking around not eating any carbs. I am going to try and post some pics in the next couple of days 8 1/2 weeks to go im really stoked .

TB Classic? (I recognize the Marriot in the background). I remember seeing you there this weekend, i remembered the tatoo and your hair. Which weight class did you compete in? You looked larger than 170.
You looked good, i can't remember if you placed.
Congrads man! I hope to be in that one next year!

You have some SICK vascularity in your upper body. I think another month of dieting would really let you see your full potential, but good job nonetheless bro! You looked great, especially for your first time around.

Thanks man thats the plan, currently I have been in a now 2 day binge mode, and feel like crap lol, I have 6 weeks until my next show and I want to come in a lot leaner, I am going to really work on my Abs, Back, and legs in these next 6 weeks. I was 9lbs over 24 hrs out and just about killed myself tryin to cut "water" weight. Because of this I thought that I was flat for the AM show but had peaked much better for the eve show. I have been following your contest prep and thought that I Remembered you saying you done something similar in one of your shows, its such a learning process guess thats part of the fun. Kinda like a science project on your body

Im still in the gym, I am working on modifying my diet and workouts a little bit to focus on my weak points based on the last show. I am taking it easy on the diet this week just hitting the gym hard still kind of trying to recharge a little. A lot less cardio this week too. I am actually going to start everything full fledged on Sunday. The Dexter is probably out, will explain l8tr but I am going to plan for the Tampa show Aug 8th. I am probably going to start a log and try to updated it weekly starting next week.
