I give up, what do you all eat?

Okay, here's my dilemma. I was trying to drop my body fat down about 2% over the last couple months and the last few days I have just felt like I'm starving(7-8% was the goal). So I reviewed my diet and realized that I'm not eating nearly enough for my size. I'm 5'11" and 178lbs at this time. What do you all eat when you can't fix your food? I'm a full time college student with a part time job so it gets really tough to prepare meals. Right now here is what I'm eating:
Breakfast- Two Breakfast bars- 90 calories each
Lunch- One roasted chicken sandwich- 439 calories (sometimes I get a roast beef sub somewhere, not often)
Dinner- 6 scrambled eggs, I think 420 calories total, usually a few small sausages to add some meat flavor (no idea on the calories probably not much). I change my dinner up every other night, sometimes I will get an 8 ounce steak with grilled vegetables and rice. I always drink water, nothing else. I know its a sad diet, but that's why I'm asking for suggestions. Thanks

I eat a lot.

Eat more, but just eat healthy. It takes a lot harder work for some than others. For me, if I even eat somewhat healthy I will lost body fat, but for some others it takes a serious diet to make any noticeable differences.

I think that even if you are trying to lose fat, you still shouldn't necessarily be starving yourself. Make sure you eat the amount of food you want, just stay healthy. Another good supplement to eating healthy is good exercise.

Chances are you're not eating enough. I found that when I started a cut diet I felt hungry all the time but I added some carbs here and there to keep me full. Also drink more water. A lot of times you think your hungry and really your just thirsty. From your post you make it seem like you only eat 3 times a day. Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day. Protein keeps you feeling full as well. I'm sure every state and country has a Wal*Mart, make it your best friend. I don't know how to cook **** nor do I have all the resources to do so but anyone can eat tuna in a can or make a sandwich. Take some time and do the research you'll be happy when you see the change. I've lost 10lbs in about 2 months. Also I'd ditch the breakfast bars and perhaps substitute them with protein bars or make a breakfast. The breakfast bars never fill me, are mostly carbs with low if any protein and you would gain with a protein bar.
