I give up, what do you all eat?
Okay, here's my dilemma. I was trying to drop my body fat down about 2% over the last couple months and the last few days I have just felt like I'm starving(7-8% was the goal). So I reviewed my diet and realized that I'm not eating nearly enough for my size. I'm 5'11" and 178lbs at this time. What do you all eat when you can't fix your food? I'm a full time college student with a part time job so it gets really tough to prepare meals. Right now here is what I'm eating:
Breakfast- Two Breakfast bars- 90 calories each
Lunch- One roasted chicken sandwich- 439 calories (sometimes I get a roast beef sub somewhere, not often)
Dinner- 6 scrambled eggs, I think 420 calories total, usually a few small sausages to add some meat flavor (no idea on the calories probably not much). I change my dinner up every other night, sometimes I will get an 8 ounce steak with grilled vegetables and rice. I always drink water, nothing else. I know its a sad diet, but that's why I'm asking for suggestions. Thanks
