Got a question that i just thought about recently, are blends as strong as a solo supplement?
Ill explain, for instance i received a sample of nano vapor, 3 serving pouch, and it has 5g of creatine mono in it.
I know 5g is 5g but since it is in a blend of other ingredients is it less effective or less potent than just having 5g of straight mono?
Its probably the same but i was just curious.
I just used creatine mono as an example cause i had the sample, but this goes for any supplement.

For the most part it's the same. Mono is as mono does. Now... if you wanna talk about CLOUT it's a whole other level.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
