Hey folks... I'm going down to South Beach the weekend of April 10th. I want to be in incredible shape!!!
Currently 157, 5'8", 30" waist
My diet is on point (5 - 7 meals every 2-3 hours).
sample:
1st: 2 bcaa pills, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops whey, 1/2 banana, 2 cups soy milk
2nd: 1 can tuna, celery
3rd: chicken breast, lettuce
4th: 4 egg whites, apple, 3 slices deli chicken breast
post workout: 2 scoops whey, 2 cups soy milk, 2 bcaa, 5 g creatine
5th: steak, brocoli
6th: 2 scoops whey, 2 bcaa
Right now I'm drinking between 1 - 1.5 gallons of water per day.
In terms of workout, would you suggest that I lift light w/ more reps, or lift heavy? I was thinking lifting heavy this week and the last 2 weeks lift lighter w/ more reps. Note: i work out 6 days per week. splits. and do cardio 6 days per week for 20 minutes (walk 135-148 heart rate).
I bought some taraxatone that I plan on taking 5 days out also.
I know alot of you all are in excellent shape or have alot of knowledge and any advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated!!!!
