gyno again after surgery!?

i had gyno since puberty and finally got it removed about 9 months ago.. since then i haven't taken any aas or phs but this past week i have noticed a small round firm spot right under my right nipple and it is sore as hell.. the left nipple is fine.. is there any reason why to think this is gyno coming back or is it something not to really worrry about?

just getting some ideas, i'm going to call my doctor this week and see what he has to say about that but i don't have the money to go back and have surgery again!
