Injured and cannot train...

Hey everyone...
I was just curious...to save myself some money...what supplements I should continue using while I am nursing a dislocated shoulder back to health?
My current supps...
Carnitine
Arginine/Orinthine
Beta Alanine
Glutamine
Omegas
Creatine
BCAA

So I stopped the creatine and beta alanine and doubled up on the glutamine and added an extra serving of fish oil. I was thinking I should add calcium and cissus to the mix, for added joint support. I cant use glucosamine or the like...Im allergic to shellfish. I think I should still be using arginine before bed to increase gh production? I'll also still use BCAA after light cardio.
Any thoughts?

Thanks...Fluff

Hi Fluff:

how long are you out for? I wouldn't take any supps until the shoulder gets better and you're back in the gym... all except for the omegas... those are always important.

good luck

I'm not sure yet, it happened wednesday evening. Its been the worst 5 days of my life. I rode the bike today and took BCAAS after. I would think glutamine would be good for tissue repair and regeneration?

Hit up lots of leg press. Still can stimulate some good hormone release and help build a stronger base for when you're back in action. Hit up the abs and curls too if you can. I've been there.

Depends on the type of shoulder injury. Labrum injury, then def. not curls.

Go for the legs and abs though!
