I'm going to start anabolic diet and doggcrapp training tomorow. weighing about 145 now but have always been light weight cuz of wrestling just pack on muscle without gaining weight. I have an unlimited meal plan at school so the diet will not be a problem. and i have looked throughout the forum and found a doggcrapp split.
Pics of my starting physique.... how do i look now? current bf% maybe 10-11?
Current Supps.

I looked up the nutritional analysis on thier website and i had to pick and choose, basically i will be eating alot of bacon, sausage, eggs, ham, turkey, cheese, and some of the fried foods are pretty low in carbs, with alot of fat(low sat. fat though) and protein. i have beef jerky, almonds and natural pb in my room

not what i mean bro.. you do 6 different sessions over the two weeks!
day 1: chest, shoulders, tris, back width, back thickness
day 2: bis, forearms, calves, hams, quads
like this:
WEEK 1
M: 1
W: 2
F : 1
WEEK 2
M: 2
W: 1
F: 2
now i think you got that but you are missing the crucial part in that you do 3 different exercises for each bodypart. e.g. a different one on monday, then on friday, then on the following wednesday.
so you are only doing each session once every 2 weeks.2010

That's wrong. Bacon and pepperoni are never good to eat. You should be eating fatty fish or lean meat but with either natural peanut butter, nuts, or oils. I don't know where you read but your way is just an excuse to eat like a slob. Dave Palumbo has an outline of the diet and you won't see that **** anywhere.

To everyone dissing the AD....learn before you speak please.
I am on the Ad and my strength is fine. I deadlifted 495 for 7 reps yesterday and did a down set of 405 for 13 reps.
A high fat diet can be great for strength....it is actually used by many powerlifters to stay lean and light for weigh ins but be strong in the process.
Healthy fats are a good idea, but steak, eggs, bacon, sausage, is all fair game. The palumbo diet IS NOT the anabolic diet. You can do the AD with healthy fats but it isnt necessary.
Anyways, get the ebook ANABOLIC SOLUTION FOR POWERLIFTERS I:e: THE ANABOLIC DIET. Dont knock it till you try it.
