From what I have read flax seed are high in antioxidants. Do not eat the flax seeds whole, because they will go right through you. You need to grind them before you eat them but don't grind them ahead of time. I suggest you store it in your freeze if you don't eat them fast enough. They are suppose to help with muscle repair. I prefer flax oil which is already kept in the fridge and consumed usually in 5 to 6 weeks after opening.

flaxseed+eggwhite=whole eggs basically..
Fats and protein
what's wrong with whole eggs the fats have alot of vitimins and nutrients your body needs and some extra protein in there
egg whites=egg protein NOT whey but both share the trait of being complete proteins..having all the amino acids

2 tsp of flax seed a day => goodness
remember to grind them before consuming, and to only eat them within a week once ground if in a fridge. Baking them into food would be ideal for having there be no taste at all, if not possible, mix with cereal or shake.

Don't think of them as "taking" flax and egg whites
They are just food and nothing magical about them
however they are a great option for breakfast, or any meal for that matter, IN ADDITION to a meal

I really don't see the point in removing the egg yokes ...only to add an auxiliary fat source. To each his own I suppose.
