    I'd advise you to eat A LOT and put on muscle everywhere till you reach like at least 180 ibs then do cardio and eat less and work on abs to get them but your not gonna do that. So just keep doing ab exercises like you are.

    if your in a bulk, keep bulking for a couple more months. if not you should go on a cut. i think if you lose a few bf% your abs will show more. also squats and deadlifts are very good ab workouts. and drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day.

    You look terrible. There is no reason for you to cut any amount of fat on your body... if you are on a body building website then your primary goal should be an impressive physique. Cutting your much needed fat so people can see how skinny you are isn't impressive or attractive.

    If your only goal is to get a six pack then I reccomend just eating less calories than you put in. This will reduce your body fat and make your abs more visible, maybe decreasing the fact that it "sticks out" in the middle. Also, I recommend doing weighted exercises for your abs instead of just crunches and bodyweight stuff. This will encourage more muscle growth and you won't need to lose AS MUCH body fat, not that you need to lose much more, maybe 1%. Then focus on lifting and getting bigger.

    yea but I'm a hard gainer.......just came back from the gym.
    After reading the feedback/ disses/ jokes & advise, I stepped my weight game up...

    I started to lift heavier, 8-12 reps range, 3-4 sets and like 3 or 4 abs exercises with resistance...

    also getting that ON whey tomorrow (and creatine if I still have money left...)...

    Plus I'e said goodbye to junkfood and sodas..

    yea, when I ate pizza EVERYDAY for dinner during my collgee days...Also drank beer, smoked weed (munchies), ate very unhealthy..think chips, instand noodles, choco bars, micro meals, can food etc...
