Well the past week or 2 i have bin going gym doing my normall program but for some reason i have had hardley any energy in me. So has anyone got any advice on what sort of food i sould be eating to help boost my energy levels up and give me that extra boost in the gym....btw im not on any suplimants at the moments and will not be starting taking suppliments for atleast another month or 2....and im eating a shed load more then what i used to be but just need to no what food type i need to be eating for energy.
All advice will be much appreiceated...thanks

haha lol...my bad never bin to good at spelling and am on old comp so cant spell check..
and thanks for the advice but i got told by some one to drink energy drinks such as red bull befor but then got told that dthey are not to good for you. im guessing it could be my sleep cus i get around 7 hours weekdays but on weekends when i dont need to wake up early i have around 11-12 hours sleep.The only true failure in life is failure to tru again.

lots of water during the day, avoid energy drinks because they make you crash, have a scoop or two of protein and something like an apple or banana before you work out, then your muscles aren't protein starved and the carbs and natural sugars from the fruit should give you a bit of an energy boost. and stay away from proccessed foods as much as possible.

im guessing you get enough. are you trying to starve yourself? eat every 3 hours. i sleep less than that and im ****ing off the walls.Doggcrapp.
