Good luck to you!
I'm competing for the 1st time on Apr 11. I can't wait for 3 weeks from today - it'll be a food orgy here! My GF is competing the same night in figure so the dieting/workout schedule here has been insane!

No, the Masters for this one is 40+ - just under the wire dammit! I'm gunning to slim down to come in at the upper end of the Middleweights (about 153 lbs). This is my 1st time so I'm looking at it as a chance to get a bit of experience and a taste of what's required in order to be truly competitive. I'm in the Army and have been out in the field a fair bit this winter so getting in workouts and eating on a schedule have been a bit of an issue. That said, if I do good - great; if I don't - I know how to fix it for the next time.
