How Taxing Would This Be On My CNS?

    Okay, few things to note.

    1) Am doing a WS4SB III cylce.
    2) Strongly dislike doing workouts on weekend - not sure why, just don't.
3_ Can't work out Thursday night. Long story.

If I did this split, would it be over taxing?

    Monday - ME Upper
    Tuesday - DE Lower
    Wednesday - RE Upper
    Thursday - Off
    Friday - ME Lower

I would do that for three weeks, then on the fourth week only do one 80% max day for lowers and uppers.

Read this article it should be helpful http://www.higher-faster-sports.com/...rtraining.html

Walter Payton is also like the 3rd best NFL back of all time, with stats to prove it. But point taken.

Not everyone is Walter Payton, obviously. So yes, it may be too hard on his CNS if he is not developed enough. That split looks fine though.

Yep, just cycle your volume some on the upper days, since you only have one day between them, and that day is a speed day for lower. So you might do high volume on the ME day, cut back some volume on the RE day and play it by ear and see how you feel. If it doesn't work out, you'll have to readjust. One thing that worked for me before, was combining the RE Upper and DE Lower days. This was when I only had 3 days to train, so I'd do my DE lower lift, my RE upper lift, then limited assistance for either and call it a day. All things considered, it wasn't bad at all...
