Deadlifts, squats, bench press, barbell rows and shoulder press will give you sick abs and big arms...and eat a lot
I bodybuild, I don't powerlift, as far as how much I can lift goes it doesn't matter to me, it's how much I grow.

Read stickies and around other parts of bodybuilding.com.
Eat plenty of good fats like olive oil and nuts, many people tend to ignore fats which is not good for cutting or bulking. Eat alot of good carbs like whole grains, brown rice, potatoes. Eat plenty of veggies. Get a multi-V, maybe some fish oil pills too. Eat 1g-2g x your body weight in lbs of protein. Eat every 2-3 hours. drink atleast a gallon of water a day.
Search up ripptoes or 5x5 or you can look at a more advanced routine like this. Yes, you need to work EVERYTHING.
This was one of my old splits: (you can start off with a more simple routine first though). If your looking more for strength, then stick to ripptoes or 5x5. (you will still gain size though)
Monday: legs, calves
tuesday: chest abs
wendsday: OFF
thursday: back calves
friday: shoulders traps abs
saturday: biceps triceps forearms
sunday: OFF
If your looking into the more advanced routine like above, have 3-4 exercises for each body part with 3-4 sets of 5-12 reps (depends on your goal, lower reps you do, the more it focuses on strength.) with calves and traps, I like to stick with 1-2 exercises. Hope this helps.

You wont get big gains in 6 weeks, takes time.
Also, don't only workout your arms and abs.
Don't neglect your legs too.
There is a bunch of mass workout routines on this siteNo, Im not on steroids, but thanks for asking.
Smolov done: 270lbs 1 rep
Deadlift: 380 (Going up finally)
Squat: 315x1 - 275x10 - NOW 315x8 (Max soon)

You're 140 pounds. Nothing about you is going to be big. Truth hurts, I know.
If you want to get big do a full body workout or a 5x5 strength program. ANYONE who simply starts working out for arms and abs quits and gets pissed off whereas people who are actually serious get big arms and abs and the rest of it.

If your looking for size the 8-12 rep range should be good.
Heres a solid chest workout that put 25 pounds in my bench in a little over a month
5x5 barbell bench
3x10 incline dumbbell
3x10 flys
2-3 sets fo dips to failure
You can throw in a couple sets of flat dumbell bench also"Every great achievement was once considered impossible."
-----Best lifts-----
Squat: 395x1
Bench: 275x1
Deadlift: 430x6
