about bulking and then cutting down to ripped

now I'm 55kg[gained 5kg since 3 weeks ago] trying to bulk up to 75kg , eating around 3.1k calories/day. Once I reached 75kg , how should I lower my body fat percentage to get ripped?? they said it's not a good idea to starve since body will store the fat for backup etc ,so should I consume more protein and keep on working out as usual and lower my calories maybe to 2k-2.5k??? or should I do more cardio on resting day?? or do both cardio and lowering calories?? thanks

find your maintenance caloric requirement and reduce 500 calories from it. Lift heavy, increase proteins if you want, be patient! That's the recipe for a ripped physique!

Generally people "bulk" for longer than just 3 weeks.

    Keep bulking OP.

This. If you don't see results from this and cardio, gradually reduce your calorie intake
