Hi all,
I did keto i while ago for a few months and worked well.
Decided to do it again...
Anyway, i've been doing it 4/5 days and my ketostix show i'm in ketosis (they're middle redish) and i have normal symptoms although i felt better today. The thing that worries me is that Eileen and other 'Keto Legends' have explained on other threads how some of the things i eat are not really that good for keto....
Apart from the obvious keto staples like steak, eggs, cheese, etc, etc; these are the other things i eat:
'100% Beef' burgers
Pepperami
Fried Bacon Rashers
Lamb riblets
Lettuce
Chicken (shallow fried breast)
Pork Scratchings
Diet Coke
I was wondering, even though the ketostix are showing ketosis, whether or not it would be best for me to change some of the food on the list? Or just carry on as i have been??
