I can only hit the gym 2-3 days a week, so I don't mind going heavy. But I run out of gas so fast and can't seem to gas at 12 to 15sets, with no energy left. My legs and back are much much stronger and bigger than my chest/arms, so I want to focus on that... any tips?
Cliffs:
2-3 lifting days/week
short ~15 sets
more emphasis on arms/chest
