The six sections of my rectus abdominus do not line up symmetrically. I know this is normal and I have no problem with that, but some sections stick out farther than others as well. Also, when I do ab workouts it often feels like my left side is more sore afterwards even though I am very careful to come up straight during crunches. The left side is also the side that sticks out more as a whole. All of this makes me wonder if having uneven abs is causing one side to get used more than the other during a normal crunch, causing one side to become more developed. Does this sound like what my problem is, or could there be something else?
Has anyone else had this problem / figured out how to get around it? I have varied my ab workouts to try and target different areas, but I'd appreciate any advice people have about good ab workouts that target very specific areas. Also any general advice on ab toning would be appreciated.

If I'm not mistaken 8 pack is genetically determined by how the diapraghm develops, and wether or not i peaks outs above the abs.
op sometimes lungs have diff volumes which can impact this, as can posture and form, try and squeeze the lagging ones more during your exercises. Alsoo look into nmes unitssim simma, who got dem keys to ma bimmah?
Oh there they are, carry on, nothing to see here.
