apologies for the mega repost, but the search function wasnt helping and i couldnt make any sense of what i found in the PL section stickies. ive only DL'ed a few times, my first max was exactly 300. i would love to add 100 pounds to it, could i do it in under 7 months (taking into account noob gains)? what program would be best for me to increase my deadlift strength? by the way i am also squatting 3x per week, and to be honest i care more about increasing my squat than my dead at the moment, so i dont know how often i should DL. thanks!

It depends...if you don't want to spend too much time on your deadlift, make one your squat days a light day and do some heavy deadlifts on this day.
Otherwise I've heard good things about the Coan/Phillipi program http://www.powerpage.net/coanphildead.html, but that's pretyt much a whole training day right there.Loggage:
