need help muscle to gain mass
need info on the best way to gain muscle mass i can drop weight eazy its just like breathing but have trouble getting muscle mass anyone have tips and what supps do yall suggests thanks for your time

i have the same problem... seems i need to eat 4500+ cal a day just to maintain at 180...i dropped down to 3000-3200 to cut up a bit for summer dropped weight so fast down to 167 and it seems like im losing more muscle than fat

Unless you also put on fat faster than average then don't worry. I lose weight disturbingly quick as well, but I'm also good at weighing myself regularly to ensure that I'm gaining 1-2 lbs of weight per week even if it does take something stupid like 4500 calories per day.
Gaining weight at that rate and busting your ass a few times a week lifting you WILL gain more muscle than fat.

Cell-tech didn't work very well for me. I used it and gained a LOT of strength and muscle but I started to fear that strength and muscle, so I just ended up stopping lifting
