Anyone work at Lifetime?
I'm applying to be a trainer there. They have several parts to the interviews, and I'm doing my second part tomorrow. This one consists of them asking me about proper form, how to use certain machines, etc. They also asked me to bring in a sample one day workout that they will question me on (such as what order, what exercises and why).
I was wondering if anyone who works there or has applied would give me any tips on what they do/don't like to see and what type of workout program they'd want to see....
any help would be greatly appreciated. I really want to get this job!
Thanks guys.
