Angry Need Some Advices

got a problem when i workout for about the 1st 20mins everything is pumped feeling good then 5 min lat.er **** the pump gone iam steel lifting heavy but i feel like i never pick up a weight at the end of my workout i take some no and eat or drink some carbs(waxy maize). any suggustions of what it could be

one or more of these possibilities-

too low complex carb intake
too high simple carb intake
weakened mental focus
not enough REM sleep
muscle repair from a prior session incomplete
low endurance/stamina
low potassium
poor oxygen circulation
stress
lack of certain vitamin and/or mineral

That's how I feel when I'm overtraining. A little rest and a few nights with 10 hours of sleep might help.

After a few days out of the gym I feel ripped from the first set till my post workout shower.
