Question Weight Training and Cardio

This is kinda a two part question:

1)Would it be okay to weight train with my legs one day and then next day do cardio?

2)Would doing this be bad for strength/mass gains?

1) Yes you can.

2) Just work HIIT cardio sessions and you will be fine, chances are you wont last very long if your intensity is high enough.

Weight lifting and doing steady state cardio are fine together. It won't alter muscle gains.
Just do intervals or HIIT cardio seperately from weight training days (if you do them).

if anything it should help, it'll get blood running through your legs and will get rid of the lactic acid build.
