If im at 40/40/20 is it ok to eat meat, extra ground beef, sirloin 3 days (a couple of meals a day) out of the week? I was told by 1 trainer that i should only have meat/beef about 1 or 2 meals out of the week.
Is that correct?

You are not vegeterian are you? Ideally you should have meat or some other source of protein with every meal to make it complete i.e containing carbs, protein, and fats.
He probably meant that you should limit your beef intake, not all meat. It's not very good for your colon, so you can just add more variety to your protein sources, or use some cleansing fiber supplement. I used to eat beef a lot and never had problems to be honest.
