Calories and protein are a little low. Fat is really low. BF number is needed for serious look.

Protein is on the lower end, could be bumped up a little. This would also help with satiety a bit more and help with body re-composition better.
Many would say your fat is too low, however some individuals (like me for example) find little issues with going low on fat. I can go as low as 32g of fat a day (I'm 165lbs) and not notice any problems. If you don't notice any hormonal issues or cravings for fatty foods, you can stick to that fat intake. Otherwise consider bumping it up. Carb and Fat intake variations depending on individuals tends to seem to be mostly genetic as well as having to do with overall insulin sensitivity from body composition.

Carbs are very high- this is okay if you are very active throughout the day- such as a construction job or lots of sport activity. Otherwise consider pulling more into your protein/fats from your carbs.

Micronutrientwise- consider adding a fruit high in vitamin C in place of the banana- bananas are higher on the calories for a fruit, and based off of your meal plan you aren't getting certain other micronutrients. That will be okay for awhile but do remember that while flexible dieting is key to enjoying your diet, you still need to be inclusive of certain various foods.

What is your activity level? 1,900 calories seems to be low for a 190lb guy.

You need at least 152g (.8g/lb) of protein and 76g (.4g/lb) of fat.

Protein and fat too low. Eating that everyday would bore me to death. Need more veggies and variety.
