Good way to measure peanut butter?
Sometimes when im cooking some things from my Muscle chow cookbookit calls for a certain amount of peanut butter, such as 2 cups. How can i accurately measure 2 cups of peanut butter since its so gooey and sticky and stuff lol i can never figure it out

Best way is by weight. Get a kitchen scale that measures in grams/ounces.

Get a digital scale probably.
1 C. = 16 Tbs.

Get a measuring cup like this.. .
Fill with water to about 1 cup or so. Add enough peanut butter to displace the water to 2 cups.
^^^ This is how my mom always taught me to while cooking. Maybe its not proper?

I still use my measuring cups/spoons, its just kind of annoying to clean them after.

Man just pick up a cheap digital scale.
Makes life so much easier and you won't have to worry about the extra dishes.Altered GVT Program

Spray cup with no stick. Slides right out.
