Seriously is sex good cardio?
This may sound silly, But when I do the thing I sweat like crazy. I understand there is no mind-muscle connection But it feels like a workout.

Um, I guess it could but but I don't think anything substantial worth calling cardio replacement. Just my opinion though.
Just a time issue I think.

It all depends on how long you have sex for honestly. The longer you keep an accelerated heart rate, the more you can consider calling it "cardio".

I would definitely call it "good" cardio. Beneficial to fat loss cardio, I don't think so. Unless you are a porn star.

According to Dr. Michael Cirigliano of UoPenn, he mentions that it's the same as cardio. In a consistent bout of bumping uglies 3 times a week for 20 minutes an average person can burn some 7,500 calories a year or 144 calories a week or 20 calories a session.
lol, I'd stick to the treadmill for the weight loss and the bedroom for the fun.

well the way i see it, if you're having sex, you're burning more calories than you would just laying in bed. so of course it is beneficial. i mean like seriously i dont wanna sound like some creeper but it'll keep your heart rate up and burn more calories
