Lifting or quickness drills first for Bball?

I've been training for basketball lately and have added alot of sprinting attached to bungee cord drills, jumping drills, and plyometrics to my routine. I'm also trying to bulk up and add upper body mass. Which should i perform first? I did the training stuff today first but couldn't lift as heavy.

I think you are asking which comes first in a day, training or plyos and conditioning?

    For most, training comes first.

First, stop sprinting with bungee cords and just sprint regular. Second, generally speaking, your training should have and speed stuff first with weights second. So any sprinting or jumping or throwing that you do would be the first thing you do, with weights following that. You want to be your freshest for speed work, or else you won't get as much out of it.
